When will my order arrive?

Most orders take 1–3 business days to be processed before they ship.
● Standard delivery: 7–12 business days (once processing is complete)
● Expedited delivery: 5–8 business days (once processing is complete)
Keep in mind that weekends and holidays don't count, and customs checks can sometimes add a short delay.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also check the status of your order at any time through our Tracking Portal.

My tracking hasn't moved — what now?

Carriers occasionally need a few days to refresh tracking details. If there's still no update after several business days, reach out to our support team and we'll help you out.

It says delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Carriers sometimes mark a parcel as delivered a little early. Please give it 24 hours, ask any neighbors, or check with your local post office. If it still hasn't shown up, get in touch with us through our contact page.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't left our warehouse yet, we can usually change the address for you. Once it has shipped we can't guarantee a change, but we'll always do our best to help.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Cancellations are only possible while an order is still unshipped. After it ships it can no longer be canceled, but you're welcome to start a return once it arrives.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we deliver internationally. All customs duties and taxes are already covered by us, so there are no surprise fees waiting for you at delivery.

Can I switch to express shipping after I've ordered?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Just contact our support team and we'll set up the upgrade for you.

Is shipping protection available?

Yes — you can add shipping protection at checkout for extra peace of mind.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To get one started, just reach out through our contact page and include your order number.

Do I have to cover return shipping?

Yes — return shipping is taken out of your refund. The exact amount depends on where you're located.

When will I get my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund is sent back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Can I exchange my order?

Absolutely — you can swap for a different model or color. Just get in touch with our support team and we'll arrange the exchange.

Warranty & Product Issues

Are your watches covered by a warranty?

Yes — every watch comes with a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects.

What's included in the warranty?

● Covered: movement faults, clasp malfunctions and manufacturing defects.
● Not covered: everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage beyond the watch's stated resistance rating.

My watch stopped working or is defective — what do I do?

Reach out via our contact page and attach a photo or a short clip of the problem. Our team will look into your claim and walk you through what comes next. In certain cases we might suggest taking it to a watch specialist for a warranty repair.

My order arrived incomplete, wrong, or damaged. What now?

Let our support team know right away and include photos or details. We'll sort it out quickly by sending the right or missing item, or by arranging a replacement.

Promotions

Can I exchange something I bought during a BOGO deal?

Yes, items purchased through a promotion can be exchanged. Keep in mind that standard exchange fees and shipping charges may apply.

What if a promotion was charged to me incorrectly?

If you think a charge isn't right, reach out through our contact page and we'll review it and put it right.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.

What currency are prices shown in?

Every price is shown in USD. If you use a different local currency, your bank or payment provider takes care of the conversion automatically.

Do I need an account to order?

Not at all — you're welcome to check out as a guest.

I can't find my order confirmation email. Help?

Get in touch through our contact page with your name, email, or shipping address. Our team will track down your order and send the confirmation again.

Can I send a watch as a gift?

Definitely — our watches make wonderful gifts. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll ship it straight to them.

● Keep your watch somewhere dry whenever you're not wearing it.

● Steer clear of extreme temperatures and strong magnetic fields.

● For sizing adjustments, use a band link remover tool or stop by a jeweler.
